Ordered Brazilian Grey sample

I ordered a sample of Brazilian Grey porcelain outdoor tile on Friday 23 May, I didnt receive it by weds 28th May so sent a whatsapp message chasing it up. It had not been posted and I was told it would be sent by express post

It arrived on Saturday 31st May , when I opened the package I found it was the wrong sample . I had been sent a sample of Brazilian black porcelain outdoor tile

I contacted Paving planet via WhatsApp and informed them whatbhad happened.

I received no response and sonon 5th June I requested a refund, Danny sent me a message saying he would process the refund

Its now 16th June and no refund received

In conclusion a very poor company to deal with who have poor communication and very poor customer service.
