Ordering & Products

How do I place an order?

It’s simple — just browse our range, add the products you want to your cart, and follow the steps at checkout. If you need help choosing, we’re just a call or message away.

Can I get a sample before I commit?

Yes, we offer 100x100mm samples for most products so you can get a feel for the colour and finish before placing a full order. All our samples are £7.99.

Do you offer custom sizes or special requests?

We can usually help source custom sizes or materials not listed on the site. Just get in touch and let us know what you’re after.

Do you offer custom quotes for Bulk / Trade?

Yes, we offer discount on bulk and trade orders. Please contact us directly at sales@pavingplanet.co.uk or call us on 01246 903360 to get a customised quote.

Delivery

Do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses — no hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?

You can usually expect your order within 2–4 working days. If you’re in a rush, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do, or visit us in-store.

Can I Collect?

Whilst you cannot pay on our website to collect, we have our local shop in Dunston House Park, Chesterfield. Contact us to see if we have what you would like in-stock, and you are welcome to come and purchase there directly.

Do you deliver outside the mainland UK?

We do! For non-mainland addresses (like Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands), just get in touch for a quote.

How does delivery work?

Your order will arrive on a pallet via a courier using a tail-lift vehicle. Delivery is usually to the kerbside or nearest accessible flat surface, so make sure the area is clear and accessible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return products if I change my mind?

Yes, full packs in their original, unopened condition can be returned. You’ll need to cover return shipping, and there’s a 20% restocking fee.

How do I arrange a return?

Just contact us at sales@pavingplanet.co.uk or call us. We’ll guide you through it.

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked the returned items, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

Can I return leftover slabs?

We’re only able to accept returns of full, unopened packs — not part-packs or leftovers. It’s a good idea to double-check measurements before ordering to avoid overbuying.

Product Info

Are the product photos accurate?

We do our best to represent products clearly, but screen settings and lighting can cause slight differences. If in doubt, order a sample to be sure.

What slab sizes do you offer?

We stock popular sizes like 600x900mm and 600x600mm, and some mixed-size packs for pattern layouts like Opus Romano.

Are the paving slabs non-slip?

Yes, our porcelain paving has an R11 anti-slip rating, which makes it ideal for outdoor spaces — even in the rain.
