Refund policy

Here at Paving Planet, we are dedicated to providing the best products to our customers, which arrive in perfect condition. However, inevitably, due to the nature of the product, some breakages can sometimes occur. Please ensure that you allow for this, and for cuts when laying, before you work out the quantities that you require. We can only accept returns for full packs, not opened packs, part packs or over orders. Nor can we accept liability for items once they have been laid.

Please thoroughly check your items on arrival to your delivery address, and inform us immediately of any damages or faults.

The majority of our paving slabs are sold in full or half packs, which reduces the potential for damage in transit, plus provides you, the customer, with the best possible value. In addition, this ensures that you receive the same shade and colouring for your project - our paving slabs made from natural stone, so slight differences in the colour or texture are a natural feature of the products. 

Should you unfortunately find any breakages or damages with your products, we will consider reimbursement for the individual damaged items, where we are notified of the problem within 48 hours. We can only offer refunds or replacments for full packs. 

In order for us to consider a refund, we must be notified via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Please include photo(s) of the damage, your order number and full contact details. We cannot consider replacements or refunds once the products have been delivered and signed for as fit for purpose, so please inspect your items as soon as they are delivered. We can also not consider a refund or replacement once the 48 hour timeframe has been exceeded, the product has been removed from the pallet, or the product has been installed.
